Bianca Diller
Bianca is responsible for the distance learning program. She coordinates the further development of the program and cooperation within ISM.
Manuela Pfeiffer
Manuela is the contact person for all technical and organizational questions regarding our e-learning platform and the e-campus. She maintains the systems and develops them further for you.
Isis Höffler
Isis is responsible for the design of the learning content in the editorial team. Her job is to ensure that videos and textbooks not only look good but are also easy to learn from.
Annika Petruch
Annika advises students on all aspects of distance learning at ISM. She also works in the e-learning editorial team on the creation of learning content.
Dr. Regina Brauchler
Regina advises students on all aspects of distance learning at ISM. She also works in the e-learning editorial team on the creation of learning content.
Marcella Brockerhoff
Marcella is the first point of contact for anyone interested in distance learning at ISM. She is responsible for sales for the distance learning program.
Marcel Bertsch
Marcel is responsible for the layout of the learning content in the editorial department and creates graphics and info diagrams for the textbooks and learning videos.
Melanie Lackner
Together with the module leaders, Melanie creates e-learning content for the ISM degree programs and manages the Moodle learning platform.
Tanja Schwedhelm
Tanja coordinates all our marketing activities and digital communication channels.She also supports our sales department with the implementation of appropriate sales materials.
Laura Wortkötter
Laura supports content creation and creates texts for the online communication of the distance learning program. She is also responsible for maintaining the editorial schedule.
Julian Tröndle
Julian works in the e-learning editorial team with the module leaders to create digital learning content for the degree programs, with a particular focus on auditory content such as podcasts.
Melina Ferentschik
Melina supports the design team with the e-learning content. She is responsible for designing and editing the videos for the distance learning programme.
Nathalie Verné
Together with the module leaders & the media production team, Nathalie creates digital teaching and learning content for the ISM degree programmes according to subject and media didactic guidelines.
Julia Marie Föll
Julia will be happy to advise you on all questions regarding distance learning at ISM. She is part of the support team and the study coaches.
Course Management
The ISM distance learning programs are led by professors. They are responsible for the content conception of the entire program and ensure the scientific quality of our offers. Please note that the teaching language of our Bachelor programs is German (language level B2). You can get to know the professors personally in the trial course and in our info webinars.
