Distance learning scholarships are awarded by various funding agencies, foundations, the Federal Ministry of Education and Research and ISM itself. Foundations award scholarships according to special requirements and criteria. Often these are fulfilled more easily than it initially seems. In principle, scholarships for distance learning from foundations are aimed at students who are studying full-time, are not older than 30, have good grades in their university entrance qualification and are eligible for BAföG. Social commitment is also rated positively.
With a scholarship for your studies, for example, you get a monthly book allowance of € 150 as well as travel allowances.

The further training scholarship is further training aimed at people who, after having successfully completed a vocational training course, would like to complete a further professional qualification.
The promotion scholarship supports people who want to start their first university studies after completing their vocational training. The prerequisite is successfully completed vocational training or further training with good grades as well as at least 2 years of professional experience.
The Germany scholarship, in which ISM also participates, grants students a monthly grant of € 300 for at least 2 semesters as part of the distance learning scholarship. Good grades and social commitment are expected.
